Este monográfico de transversal, editado en colaboración con la Universidad Nómada, afronta directamente una de las líneas temáticas más controvertidas del proyecto transform: la relación entre “instituciones” y “movimiento”. Y lo hace no para eternizar la polémica sobre el binomio “aparatos de Estado versus política autónoma”, sino para enfocar críticamente el estado de las instituciones de movimiento y postular la posibilidad de acometer una nueva fase de institucionalidad que calificamos de híbrida y monstruosa, que favorezca en definitiva la materialización de otra política. En el amplísimo campo que esta propuesta abre, los textos que hemos producido eligen articular determinadas líneas de reflexión: qué nuevos prototipos mentales para qué nuevas formas de conocimiento y de subjetivación política; qué formas de institucionalidad (de autogobierno, de relaciones de servicio...) para la “nueva generación” de centros sociales; qué dinámicas virtuosas y arriesgadas de negociación/conflicto y qué tipo de circuitos y redes para contrarrestar, sabotear, interrumpir el dominio de la nueva governance metropolitana.

Die vorliegende Ausgabe von transversal in Zusammenarbeit mit der spanischen Universidad Nómada greift die kontroverseste Linie des Projekts transform auf: das Verhältnis von „Institutionen“ und „Bewegung“. Dies geschieht nicht, um die Polemik „Staatsapparate versus autonome Politik“ endlos fortzuschreiben, sondern um gerade die Institutionen der Bewegung kritisch zu untersuchen. In diesem Unternehmen wird auch die Möglichkeit des Anbruchs einer neuen, als hybrid und monströs eingeschätzten Phase der Institutionalität postuliert, die letztlich die Materialisierung einer anderen Politik befördert. Die wichtigsten Reflexionslinien dieses Entwurfs werfen die Fragen auf, welche neuen mentalen Prototypen es für welcherlei neue Formen von Wissen und politischer Subjektivierung braucht, welche Formen der Institutionalität für die „neue Generation“ von Sozialzentren, welche virtuosen und gewagten Dynamiken der Verhandlung und des Konflikts und welche Kreisläufe und Netzwerke, um die Herrschaft der neuen metropolitanen Governance zu fliehen, zu unterbrechen, zu sabotieren.

The present edition of transversal in cooperation with the Spanish Universidad Nómada takes up the most controversial line of the project transform: the relationship between “institutions” and “movement”. This is not done to continue the polemic “state apparatus versus autonomous politics” endlessly, but rather to critically investigate specifically the institutions of the movement. This also involves postulating the possibility of a new phase of institutionality breaking out, one that is assessed as hybrid and monstrous, which ultimately promotes the materialization of a different politics. The most important lines of reflection in this proposal raise questions about which new mental prototypes are needed for which new forms of knowledge and political subjectivation, which forms of institutionality for the “new generation” of social centers, which virtuoso and risky dynamics of negotiation and conflict, and which cycles and networks to flee, disrupt and sabotage the domination of new metropolitan governance.
