Takis Fotopoulos

is born in Greece and lives in London. He is a writer and editor of Democracy and Nature, The International Journal of Inclusive Democracy and a columnist for the Athens Daily Eleftherotypia. He was previously (1969-1989) Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of North London. He is the author of Towards An Inclusive Democracy (translated into German, French, Spanish, Italian and Greek) in which he developed a new conception of democracy that reintegrates society with economy polity and Nature, as the way out of the present multidimensional crisis due to the concentration of power at all levels. He is also the author of about fifteen books and more than five hundred articles dealing with political, economic, ecological and social issues.
