Montserrat Galcerán Huguet

ist emeritierte Professorin für Philosophie an der Universität Madrid-Complutense. Sie war Co-Direktorin der Complutense-Forschungsgruppe "Globalisierung und soziale Bewegungen" (GMS). Ihre Forschung konzentriert sich auf die Geschichte der Philosophie, vor allem moderne und zeitgenössische Philosophie, Marxismus, Feminismus und kritische Erkenntnistheorie. Von 2015 bis 2019 war sie Teil der munizipalistischen Bewegung in Spanien und Mitglied des Parlaments von Madrid.

Zuletzt veröffentlichte Bücher: Deseo y libertad (2009, La bárbara Europa: Una mirad desde el postcolonialismo y la decolonialidad (2016), Innovación tecnológica y sociedad de masas (2020).
